The Children's Policy Council of Morgan County  is a non-profit cooperative created as a result of state legislation to provide coordinated services to children coming before the Juvenile Court.  It is chaired by the Juvenile Court Judges and consists of all major child-serving agencies within Morgan County, Alabama.

The Policy Council meets quarterly to review the needs of children and determine the responsibilities of county agencies addressing those needs.  The Council also conducts an annual Needs Assessment to identify gaps in services to children and works with area resources to fill those gaps.

Everyone interested in the welfare of children is welcome to attend the meetings and we hope you'll join us.

If your family has a current need of help please click "Resources" for links to area agencies that may be of assistance to you.
